Bristol wins again this summer, with the once in a lifetime opportunity to slide down Park Street on a man made 90m water-slide!

The draw to book your go on the slide is now open! Click here!

On the magical day, Sunday 4th of May Park Street will be closed off to traffic, safety barriers and queuing system installed and things may well get a little bit mental. The slide has already had a trial run take place at Ashton Court with project with UK based visual artist and water-slide aficionado Luke Jerram declaring that the project was a go ahead for the full scale Park Street Version.

Of course a project such as this takes some considerable planning and significant cost, especially as on the day, the slide will be completely free! Luckily, the project is already well over halfway to its funding target but still need some help to tip it reach it’s goal. Head over to the Park and Slide Spacehive page to chuck a few quid into making this most excellent of projects a reality.

For more info one the project, and other works from Luke Jerram including the 'Play me I'm yours' urban piano installation that was also featured in Bristol, head over to www.lukejerram.com or the BristolSlide website to keep up with all the latest on the projects progress.
